Protecting your energies is important. While we often focus on day to day activities, we can become aware of feeling not quite right or tired. This can be a result of a person or an environment affecting our personal energies. It’s natural for us to pick up or absorb other peoples’ energies, but over time, this can become an issue.

In this short e-course we cover why looking after our energy is important. We explore how you feel when our energies have been affected and why this can be a problem. We’ll cover the ways absorbing other peoples’ energies can make us feel, and explore ways of protecting our energies.

Tips and techniques will be given to help deal with negative energies you may have absorbed. These will include items you may find helpful, or visualisations you may want to explore. You will also receive ideas on how to ground, protect and cleanse yourself or your environment so you can protect your energies further. There are also short visualisation techniques to help you ground, protect and cleanse. 

The course is one you can complete quickly and you can start using tips from it straight away. You’ll also receive guidance on how you can improve things over a longer period, which will help stop absorbing other peoples’ energies so frequently. 

 

Want to know more about Louise? Louise has been using these techniques to protect her energies since becoming a therapist in 2006. During training she didn’t realise the relevance of protecting your energies. Once qualified, Louise quickly began to understand their importance, and has had to actively work on protecting her energies over the years.
