Traditionally Feet
Reflexology traditionally takes place on the feet while you lie on a couch or in a reclining chair. Reflexology can take place on the hands, but you need to be specify this when booking

If you have ticklish feet the worst part will be the very beginning when your feet are cleaned. You should then find the rest of the session more relaxing. Not convinced? You can ask to book in a 20 minute taster session
What's Involved
After cleaning your feet the session begins with a massage. A sequence is then carried out on both feet, which presses and works points which correspond to areas of the body. There is then a final massage using cream
