None of the therapies available claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Only doctors can provide a diagnosis and if you have any health concerns you should visit your GP first. Complementary therapies should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice

Available Massages

You probably know you want a massage, but you may not know what type of massage you want. Don’t worry, if that’s the case, it’s my job to ask some questions and work it out for you. When you book a massage, choose to book the option massage – holistic or aromatherapyYou can then choose from either holistic, aromatherapy or fusion on the day.

If you want to book an Indian Head Massage or Hot Stone Massage, I do need to know beforehand, as I need to prepare the room or stones.

Holistic Massage

 

Holistic massage is a deeper type of massage which can focus on specific problem areas. It incorporates different techniques such as: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, and myofascial release. These are all used depending on what is needed to help loosen problem areas. There is no essential oil used during this massage, and a plain oil is used

Aromatherapy Fusion

 

Love essential oils but looking for a massage that includes deeper work? You can combine the two together in an aromatherapy fusion session. This uses my massage toolkit with techniques from holistic massage, but includes the aroma of the essential oils. You’ll have the therapeutic benefit of the essential oils while also working problem areas and some relaxation to finish. Essential oils are blended for you before your massage begins

Unwind with a soothing hot stone massage, where warm basalt stones effortlessly melt away tension. This luxurious treatment can be tailored to focus on specific areas or provide a full-body experience. During your consultation, choose between a plain carrier oil or a custom aromatherapy blend to enhance your relaxation journeys no essential oil used during this massage, and a plain oil is used

Indian Head Massage

If you’ve never experienced a massage before, then an Indian head massage can be a good choice. This therapy focuses on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face while you sit comfortably on a chair. You have a variety of oil options, and if you’d prefer the massage fully clothed, that’s fine too. A full Indian head massage incorporates a chakra balancing, providing emotional harmony alongside physical relaxation

Reflexology

Step into a world of relaxation and rejuvenation, as you experience the power of reflexology. It begins with a short soothing foot massage, before working through reflex points on the feet, and finishing with a moisturising massage using a blend of essential oils. Treat yourself to a blissful escape on your feet

This fully clothed gentle energy healing technique works on different levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It promotes relaxation, enhancing your overall well-being. During the session, you may experience a sense of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as your body’s energy centres are balanced

A specialised aromatherapy appointment. When you have a problem, or you’re looking for home blends, a clinical aromatherapy session could be a better choice. This will include making blends specifically for you. It may also include a localised massage or therapy session depending on the nature of your issue
