I’ve had a few people contact me about booking an appointment online, so I thought it would be useful to write a post with a step by step guide.

At Therapy Centre, we’re using software called Fresha. Fresha allows us to manage all Therapy Centre appointments and for online appointment booking. You can use it to view my availability online and then book directly.What the Book a Therapy Now button looks like

You may find it easier to download the Fresha app via the Google Play or Apple Store. Other companies also use Fresha, and if they also use the software, you will be able to book all your appointments in one place. Alternatively, you can click the Book a Therapy button on my Louise Morgan or Kinsale Therapy Centre websites.

Once you click on the button, you’ll then be taken to the services being offered at the centre. 


On this page you will see the list of services available and you can click whichever service you want to book. If you want to combine therapies, there are a few packages, or you can tick more than one service. If several therapists offer it, you can choose which therapist you would prefer. 

Once you have done this, click the continue button and it will take you to the next section.


In the calendar section, the bold dates are ones I have appointment times available for the service you want to book. Click the date and it will show the available times. If you click on the time you would like, it will then show a tick and you can click the continue button.

Why can’t I find any bold dates?

Recently, I did have a few messages asking if there was an issue with the online booking system. There were no dates to book for the week and people thought it was an error. It was, in fact, because I was fully booked! If you do discover there a few bold dates it is because my available appointments have already been taken for that day. You are more likely to find this if you are trying to book a last minute appointment.

You will the be shown a summary page (like this one). It also advises you can pay at the venue and avoid cancelling within 24hours of your appointment. Payments at the clinic can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.







Once you are happy with this you can then click the confirm button at the bottom which asks you to accept and confirm the cancellation policy.

It will then show you the appointment is confirmed and you will receive notification by text and/or email.


Forms:consultation form

After the confirmation message, you will then receive details requesting the consultation form to be completed. This will be requested until it is completed. If you are a new visitor you need to complete the form before your first visit. This needs to be done before the day of your appointment. If you fail to complete the consultation form, your appointment will be cancelled. 

I’ve had regular visitors ask if they need to complete the form. If you’re a returning visitor, you can choose whether to complete it, as we will already hold the correct paperwork for you. You will receive a request for it each time you book, as it is an automated request.

Louise MorganLouise is an holistic therapist who owns Therapy Centre, BS14 9HB, a clinic in South Bristol. She offers a range of holistic therapies and started her business in 2008. Since then Louise has aged, put on weight and become shorter than her eldest son.
