Cancellation policy 

Please be aware Louise Morgan has a cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask for 24hours notice, and you will be able to change your appointment on the app or by contacting Louise.

If you do not provide 24hours notice, we charge 50% of the appointment cost. If you cancel your appointment with less than 6hours notice, we will charge the full appointment cost. Please be aware that if you persistently and frequently cancel your appointments, we reserve the right to refuse to book an appointment for you.

I work by appointment only at my clinic, Therapy Centre, which has free street parking. My clinic has a step leading into it and my couches are static, so cannot be lowered or raised. If you have a physical disability and these are a barrier to you booking, please contact me and I can look to provide an adapted home visit. Please note, I do not provide a mobile service if you are not disabled.
